Kimberly Schmoldt

Kim first discovered yoga in college, but it wasn’t until an injury later in life that it became a meaningful part of her regular practice. As she worked to rebuild strength and mobility, she experienced firsthand how yoga could support physical healing while also providing mental clarity, presence, and connection. That experience inspired her to pursue her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at YogaOne under Meg Galarza. Kim enjoys creating dynamic, thoughtfully sequenced classes that build strength while encouraging students to connect movement with breath. As a teacher, she hopes to help students feel strong, capable, and comfortable wherever they are in their practice, while discovering the physical and mental benefits that make yoga so meaningful to her.
