What is yoga?
Yoga is a powerful method of keeping your body and mind healthy. Designed over 5,000 years ago, it utilizes mental focus and deep breathing while performing a series of physical movements. Though many come to yoga for the great physical “workout”, it’s the incredible mental benefit of the practice that keeps many coming back. Everyone can practice yoga, if you can breathe you can practice yoga.
