Kelley Julian
Kelley began her movement journey years ago as a dancer, before becoming a massage therapist and certified barre teacher - passionate about keeping bodies healthy and able to move through multiple stages of life. Blessed with a wonderful first yoga teacher, she quickly became hooked, and in 2015, enrolled in the 200hr RYT program at YogaOne, under Meg Galarza. In 2016, Kelley started an Ashtanga Practice through YogaOne under the guidance and teaching of David Keil. She practiced Ashtanga exclusively over a handful of years as she continued to develop her practice and teaching. With a concentration on alignment and strength, and a desire to explore the way our movement evolves day to day, Kelley’s classes aim to challenge your body where it is now, but also to allow you to cultivate calm and breath - and hopefully an overall appreciation for all that your body can do, both on and off your mat.
