New to Yoga? You are in good hands with us. Everyone can practice yoga, if you can breathe you can do yoga.

Start with our Yoga Basics class, no experience required. Wear lightweight comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. We do provide yoga mats and props for your use, Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

Class Levels

Level 1- New to yoga? Start here.  This class is perfect for any age, shape, or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required.  This class is ideal for students needing to move more slowly.

Level 1-2 - This class will take the student deeper into all postures at a steady pace. This class is perfect for healthy beginners who want a little more than Yoga Basics.

Mixed Level - This is our most advanced class. It is recommended to have at least 6 months of practice and this class is  not suitable for new beginners.

Class Styles

Vinyasa Flow - The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. With strong focus of alignment, classes build from simple to complex movements.

Hatha Yoga - Our Hatha Yoga classes will teach basic yoga postures, pranayama and meditations. Modifications as well as advanced stages of the poses will be introduced.

Yoga Basics - For students new to yoga or needing to move more slowly. This hatha yoga class will focus on the correct positioning of basic yoga postures within one's own body. Using props to increase the freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on the breath.

Yin Yoga - Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Hot Flow- A vinyasa flow yoga but practiced in a room heated to around 90-95 degrees. This class is not recommended for beginners.
It is recommended to have your own yoga mat and towel since you will gain a deep sweat. Please drink plenty of water before and after class to stay hydrated.

Chair Yoga - This class is designed for those seeking a gentle chair and standing yoga class. This class will focus on the breath and stretching, as well as improving balance and endurance. Participants will wear shoes and no mat work is involved.
