YogaOne Vinyasa Flow
RYT 500 Hour Teacher Training Program
RYT 500
Namaste! Thank you for your interest in YogaOne Studio’s Vinyasa Flow 500 Hour Teacher Training Program. We are excited to offer this in-depth yoga training with co-directors, Meg Galarza and Bernie Rosen, as well as welcoming internationally recognized master teachers: Nicolai Bachman; James Bailey; David Keil; Simon Park; and Rolf Sovik .
With an emphasis on going deeper into the study of advanced asana, vinyasa krama sequencing, hands on adjustments, anatomy, sanskrit, the prana body, the yoga sutras and yoga psychology, this training will encourage yoga teachers to move beyond the act of “doing” yoga and welcome one to the opening of “living” yoga. This training is open to all 200 hour RYT yoga teachers who would like to immerse into a field of self study and inquiry and obtain a 500 RYT status. Other students of yoga (non-teachers) are also welcome to apply as a means of deepening their own personal practice. Register by Dec. 1, 2011 and save $500!
For specific meeting dates, curriculum, and Instructor Bios please see the complete school catalog.
