YogaOne Studio - East Side is located right in the heart of Milwaukee, located on the corner of Brady + Farwell. YogaOne Studio is a state-approved 200-hour RYT and 300-hour RYT teacher training school, offering yearly teaching programs.
Our YogaOne Cedarburg Studio is located in historic Cedarburg, Wisconsin, twenty minutes north of Milwaukee. Our yoga classes are convenient to Mequon, Thiensville, Grafton, Milwaukee and many communities of Washington and Ozaukee counties. The Cedarburg Studio offers a retail store, two studio spaces, as well as a common space for groups before and after class.

Fox Point is located on Milwaukee County's North Shore bordered on the east by Lake Michigan. Our yoga classes are convenient to Glendale, Whitefish Bay, Bayside, River Hills, Brown Deer, Shorewood, and Mequon - as well as students at Cardinal Stritch University. Fox Point offers a boutique, refreshments and a beautiful, large studio for classes and workshops.

Our newest studio, located in the heart of Milwaukee's vibrant East Side, is conveniently located on the corner of Farwell + Brady Street. Class include yoga basics, vinyasa flow, as well as teacher training and continuing education opportunities for yoga instructors in Milwaukee. This location offers a beautiful studio, overlooking the lake and East Side, as well as a community gathering space, wellness and acupuncture.

Our teachers have all received rigourous training and are registered with the Yoga Alliance. Our skilled instructors are from all over the country, and have a lot of expertise to share, including knowledge in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, Viniyoga and working with all different populations, including students with injuries, new beginners and seasoned yogis.

Meg Galarza, E-RYT 500, founder of YogaOne Studio with locations in Cedarburg and Fox Point, Wisconsin. She began teaching in 2000 and opened YogaOne Studio in 2004. She has lead retreats both nationally and internationally. Meg leads students in vinyasa flow classes that are powerful, creative, and ever changing. Blending music, clear instruction and multi-dimensional sequencing in a way that assist students to let go and drop into the flow. Meg was born into a family that practiced daily meditation and yoga. She was first initiated into Transcendental Meditation (TM) at the age of 5. She attended Maharishi International University, from 1989-1991, studying Vedic Science, Ayurveda, and Sanskrit. She later attended University of Iowa where she completed her B.B.A. in Finance. Meg was selected as “Top Milwaukee Practitioners” in Yoga Instruction by Milwaukee Magazine, February 2011 survey of peers in their respective fields.
Meg Galarza is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
